FEES FOR LANDLORDS:

All our lets are fully managed.

• Tenancy Start up Fee: £350 to include one reference
  Referencing Fee: £35 per additional adult
  Monthly Management Fee: 10% of rent
  Inventory on first letting includes a detailed Tenants Information File : £175 (furnished property) £200 (furnished and equipped) (an unfurnished property would be £135)
  Inventory on subsequent lettings to be updated £50
  EPC (if required) can be arranged - fee to be charged by the Assessor.
  EICR (if required) can be arranged - fee to be charged by the electrician.
  Cleaning can be arranged - fee to be charged by the cleaning company.
  If your apartment requires works prior to letting, we charge 10% of the costs for organising this work for you, giving access to contractors & checking on completion.
