Matt was always friendly and helpful. He was easily contactable via email or WhatsApp and responded at all times of day/week.
We needed a few minor repairs during our tenancy, all of which were dealt with promptly.
Matt even arranged for our boiler to be replaced within less than a week of us raising the issue.

Having just ended my tenancy on the property I was renting at NV Building, Salford Quays, I just wanted to take a moment to say how great Gem UK have been, taking a lot of the stress out of moving in and out. Matt was there to welcome me to the apartment with a folder full of useful info with everything from instruction manuals for the appliances, to a very clear and detailed inventory. During my tenancy, there were a few things that needed tending to - new blinds, new heater etc. and Matt had everything sorted at lightning speed - sometimes on the same day!
