We have an excellent referencing process which helps us to find you great tenants. We then do our best to retain tenants by managing the apartment in a professional and courteous way and giving that bit extra service which shows your tenants that they are appreciated.
All rents are paid into our client account and transferred by faster payment to your designated account the same day. All deposits are placed with the DPS custodial scheme on the start of tenancy date. Our fees are clearly stated - there are no hidden extras, no renewal fees, no VAT.
Accuracy and detail are the cornerstone of protecting your interests and we always carry out the check in and inventory in person. In addition to a detailed inventory document complete with photos, we also produce a photo disk with additional room by room digital photos.
We check your property every 6 months when we carry out routine maintenance work in conjunction with our maintenance personnel. Checking sink wastes, washing machines hoses and boilers, lubricating doors and windows, repositioning the wardrobe doors etc is all part of the service at no extra cost.
At the end of the tenancy we are clear about the responsibility of the tenant to leave the apartment in a ready to let condition and always complete the check out in person with the tenant. The process is made easier by having the detailed inventory and photo disk for reference.
